Ticket catchup occured starting 2024-02-24-15:00EST and all customer silos were updated. No further issues identified.

Some customers have reported ticket syncronization issues between Reveald's Fusion Center and EIP from 2024-01-05 - The root issue has been identified and a ticket catchup for EIP is expected to occur on 2024-01-22. No ticket data will be lost.

Atlassian report intermittent issues with JIRA which is affecting ticket syncronization between epiphany and the Reveald Fusion Center. We are working with Atlassian to resolve
